Carrot and leek soup

Ingredients



    *garlic butter - lurpak, 15 gram(s)
    Carrots, raw, 5 medium
    *Kallo organic vegetable stock cube (per cube), 1 serving
    Leeks, 3 leek
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp

Directions

Saute the chopped vegetables in the butter for a few minutes. Add the stock cube and about 5 cups of boiling water. Season and simmer until the vegetables are cooked through. Liquidise the soup until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of paprika if desired.
