Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 24 oz(remove)
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large(remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup(remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp(remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp(remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp(remove)
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet(remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp(remove)

Directions

mix all ingredients together. place in ungreased loaf pan. bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done
