Two small cans of tuna (or 10 oz), 2 eggs (beaten), 1 tbs flour, 3/4c panko bread crumbs, 2 tsp sesame oil, salt, pepper, 1 clove garlic (minced). Optional: 1/2 finely chopped onion.
Serving Size: Makes 6 medium-sized cakes
