Introduction

Quick low-carb protein snack on the go. Quick low-carb protein snack on the go.

Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    6 large egg whites
    .5 cup of 2% shredded cheese
    .5 cup of chopped green peppers
    .5 cup of chopped onion

Tips

Add in turkey sausage or other high protein/low fat proteins to bump up the protein numbers.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Saute the onions and peppers.

Scramble eggs and then add all other ingredients. Mix together well.

Use cooking spray to grease non-stick muffin pan.

Cook for 20-30 minutes. Tops should be brown.
