Whole Wheat Pizza Crust or Bread Sticks

Introduction

Easy to make. Nutritional info does NOT include topping. Easy to make. Nutritional info does NOT include topping.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Combine flour, salt and sugar in small bowl.
    In a separate bowl, dissolve 1 Tbs active dry yeast in warm water.
    Add oil and yeast/water mix to dry ingredients and stir. When dough becomes hard to stir pour out onto a lightly floured board.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Use hands to form into ball and place in a greased bowl.
    Cover bowl with clean cloth and allow to rise until doubled in size. (about 30 minutes)
    Divide dough in half and pat with floured fingers or rolling pin to form two 12 inch pizza crusts.
    Pinch an edge around crusts if desired.

    Place on 2 baking pans/sheets well Pammed or dusted with corn meal.

    Top as desired (add nutritional info)
    Bake in preheated oven 450 for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Bread Sticks: follow directions until after rolling out the dough. Brush some melted garlic butter on top and sprinkle parmesan cheese. (add nutritional values to calorie count)
    Place on 2 baking pans/sheets well Pammed or dusted with corn meal.
    Use pizza cutter to cut into strips.

    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
