Cocoa Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients

    4 1/2 t egg replacer
    1 small banana mashed
    1/2 c Earth Balance Buttery Spread
    1/2 c Rice Dream
    !/2 c Almond milk
    2 t imitation vanilla extract
    1/2 c sugar
    2 1/4 c whole wheat flour
    2/3 c cocoa powder
    2 t baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    3/4 c walnuts chopped

Directions

Beat egg replacer with banana, buttery spread, and milks until creamy. Add vanilla, flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Spread batter into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350* fir 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
