1.5 lb extra-lean ground beef
1 can (10oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1/4 cup fat-free egg product
1/4 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt-free garlic-herb blend
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
chuncky-salsa, if desired
2. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160 degrees. Drain any liquid before slicing. Serve with salsa.
