Ingredients



    475 grams Ground beef, extra lean
    1 large Egg
    1 tbsp Ketchup
    1 cup plain Bread crumbs
    .5 large Onion
    .25 cup cooked long grain White Rice
    .25 cup 1% Milk
    .5 tbsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Salt
    1 dash black Pepper

Directions

Combine bread crumbs and milk in a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put into loaf pan. Form into loaf, flattening top slightly. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve.
