Egg 'Muffins'

Introduction

Quick and Easy, grab and go alternative to egg mcmuffins Quick and Easy, grab and go alternative to egg mcmuffins
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid 2 cup
    2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1.25 cup
    Broccoli, chopped, frozen 2 package (10 oz)
    Garlic powder 1 tsp
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients. Spray a 12 muffin tin pan with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture evenly into each section of the tin.

Create shallow water bath using baking sheet, place tin on top of the sheet. Bake for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
