Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    1tsp salt
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1/4 c sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/3 c oil

Directions

Mix oil, milk and egg, set aside.
combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cornmeal
Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until combined, not over-stirring.
Pour into prepared greased 9x13 pan or muffin pans prepared with cooking oil.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 mins (or 15 minutes for muffins)

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins or 1 9 x 13 pan
