1 Tsp olive oil
1 pork chop without bone sliced thinly
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 cup frozen stir fry vegetable blend
1 cup water
1 Tbl peanut butter
1 Tbl Chinese Hot Mustard paste
1 Tbl soy sauce
1 dried chili pod (optional)
If you like food extra hot add a dried chili pepper and remove before serving.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Serving Size: Make 2 large servings (served over rice or noodles)
