Crock Pot Potato Soup

Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared, 3.75 cup
    Chicken Broth, 42 fl oz
    Cream of Mushroom (or any "cream of...") Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

Tips

I personally used cream of celery soup...it can be any "cream of..." you want to use.


Directions

Empty everything except cream cheese in crock pot before leaving for work. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. An hour or so before eating, cube the cream cheese and add to give time to melt.
