1 lb Ground lean beef 1 c. Nonfat milk 6 slices White bread 1 c. Parmesan Regiano cheese Seasoned salt 4 eggs, beaten 1/3 c, Italian parsley Black pepper 10 slices bacon 1.5 c. Ketchup 1/3 c. Brown sugar 1 tsp dried mustard 1/2 tsp Tobasco sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk and bread, soak. Add ground beef to bread, Parmesan, seasoned salt, pepper, & parsley in large mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs. Combine well. Form into a loaf on a broiler pan (line bottom with foil). Lay bacon top tucking under meatloaf. Prepare the sauce, pour 1/3 over bacon & spread. Bake 45 minutes, pour another 1/3 of sauce over top and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve with remaining sauce.
