Introduction

It tastes like butter but less calories, vegan and healthier.
It also bakes very well -you can even make croissants!

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 cup + 2 teaspoons Soy Milk
    1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    2 1/2 teaspoons Lecithin granules
    1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
    1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Tips

Lasts 1 month wrapped in refrigerator and 1 year in freezer.


Directions

1. Curdle soymilk and vinegar for ten minutes in a small cup.
2. Bring Coconut oil to liquid state, add canola oil mix in food processor until smooth
3. Add soymilk mixture, lecithin, salt and xanthan, process for 2 minutes -scape sides down a few times.
4. Put in silicone molds and into freezer until solid
