Ingredients

1/2lb shredded cooked lean pork roast
1 can green beans
1 yellow bell pepper
1 can (32oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can water
1t Salt
1t Pepper
1/2t Italian seasoning
1/4t Crushed red pepper flakes
1 med white onion, diced
1 bag sugar snap peas, snapped in half
4 packets truvia sugar
Tips
Directions
Combine all ingredients in stew pot and cook until bell pepper and onion are tender. I even put this in my crock pot for 2 hours on high and it was done.
