Introduction

Inspired by Chef Meg's Cheesburger Soup with substitutions to use up ingredients I had on hand. Inspired by Chef Meg's Cheesburger Soup with substitutions to use up ingredients I had on hand.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    2 tsps olive oil
    1 packet onion soup mix
    .5 tsp paprika
    .5 tsp black pepper
    Dash cayenne
    1 tbsp whole wheat flour
    1 cup shredded carrots
    3 small red potatoes cut into chunks
    2.5 cups beef broth
    1.5 cups chicken broth (ran out of beef broth)
    1 can Campbell's Condensed Chees Soup
    1 can petite diced tomatoes

    Brown ground turkey in olive oil. Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
