Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Introduction

The spinach and the papaya add nutrients and consistency to the smoothie without changing the flavor! So good and no one even knows that those two things are in it! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup milk (can use non-dairy if you want)
    1 small banana (preferably frozen)
    1/4 of a papaya fruit (for more flavor, could also use pineapple, apple, pear, etc)
    1/2 to 1 cup fresh spinach, to taste
    1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder, to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute so that the spinach is completely shredded.
Pour into a large glass or two medium sized glasses and enjoy!

Serving Size: 1 large smoothie or 2 smaller ones
