Ingredients


    500g (~1/4 head) white cabbage
    200g (2 large) carrots
    1tbsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
    generous amounts of chopped dill
    black pepper
    lots of salt

Directions

Shred
500g (~1/4 head) white cabbage
and grate 200g (2 large) carrots.
Add 1tbsp sesame oil,2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds, generous amounts of chopped dill, black pepper and lots of salt. Mix, allow to rest, and serve with sesame and sunflower seeds (not in calory count).

Serving Size: Makes 2 main portions
