Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Oats, 0.5 cup
    Yogurt Vanilla Flavored,
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup packed
    1 cup peeled and chopped apple
    Baking Powder, 2 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tbsp
    4 Splenda Packets

Tips

not sure the splenda is necessary....


Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Combine oats and yogurt with chunks of apple.
In a separate bowl measure and stir the dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined.
Add Cinnamon and Splenda on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
