Polaris Shake

Submitted by: EJCMAPS

Introduction

Tastes like Peanut Butter and Banana mixed together. Make sure you blend it because this is a shake. The Polaris Shake is very extreme! It has a lot of calories so I recommend it to people trying to gain weight or trying to build more muscle. If you want you may add Whey Protein to the shake and increase the calories and protein. I've tried it myself and it was amazing. My eyes shot wide open when I took the first sip. This shake is about 1960 calories and a lot of protein so enjoy. Don't drink to fast. Ingredients

    Milk 2%, 3 cup
    Maple Syrup, 4 tbsp

*Hy-Top Creamy Peanut Butter, 5 tbsp
Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)

Tips

Remember to slice the banana into 8 pieces and then place inside your blender. Once all of the ingredients are in, just wait about 30 seconds. If your shake doesn't look done, then just wait another 30 seconds.

Directions

You should add the banana first then the peanut butter. The rest can be added however.
