Ingredients

    Green or Red Leaf Lettuce
    1 small can lite mandarin oranges
    1/2 cup Craisins
    1/2 cooked chicken breast, cut into pieces
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 glazed walnuts
    2 T. Ken's Light Raspberry Walnut vinaigrette

Directions

Combine all ingredients, toss and enjoy!
