2 small potatoes cut in three pieces
250g vegetable broth or plain water
2.Saute the leek (i always saute in water and not in oil or butter), then add chickpeas, potatoes, broth or water and let it boil for a few minutes. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper.
3.Process, serve with raw olive oil, freshly-grounded pepper and croutons!
Serving Size: makes 5 servings.
