Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1/4 cup
Low Fat Graham Cracker Crumbs, 1 cup
Splenda, 2 Tbsp
Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp
2% Cottage Cheese, 2 cups
1% Milk, 1/2 cup
Egg Substitute, 1/2 cup
White Flour, 3 Tbsp
Lemon juice, 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Slpenda, 2/3 cup
Salt, 1/4 tsp
in graham cracker crumbs, 2T Splenda and cinnamon. Press onto bottom and sides of dish.
-In a blender, combine remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into crust.
-Bake in oven for 60 mins or until filling is firm. Cool completely.
