Ingredients

    Yogurt Vanilla Flavored, no fat
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup packed
    1 cup peeled and chopped apple
    Baking Powder, 2 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tbsp

Tips

This is a makeover of a makeover
I added applesauce and forgot the oats.
oh well, it's gonna be yummy anyway!

didn't need splenda packets as it's sweet enough


Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Combine yogurt with brown sugar;
add applesauce and wheat flour and risers;
stir in chunks of apple last.
In a separate bowl measure and stir the dry ingredients together.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
