Ingredients

    4 zuchinni
    2 chicken breasts
    2 tbspn olive oil
    1 large onion
    3 tbspn soy sauce
    Ginger a small piece depends on how much you like the taste of it
    Pepper

Tips

You can eat it with basmati rice or egg/rice noodles and you could add some fresh chilli.


Directions

Cut the zuchinni in small cubes
Cut the chicken in small pieces
Cut the onion in thin slices
Cut the gigner in very small cubes
Roast onion and chicken with the olive oil. Then add soy sauce and Then add zuchinni. Roast for a bit and then add a little water.
I do not put any salt because the soy is salty
