Introduction

This delicious dinner is warm and filling and you could add anything to dress it up! This delicious dinner is warm and filling and you could add anything to dress it up!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

3/4 lb. Ground beef, pref. Lean
1/4-1/2 c. chopped onion, depending on taste
    1 can Bush's Chili Beans
    1/2 c. Tomato Sauce
6 tbsp. Salsa (or more to taste)
    1 c. Elbow Macaroni
    1 c. Water
    4 tsp. Taco Seasoning

Directions

Brown ground beef with onions, drain any fat. Add chili beans, tomato sauce, salsa, water and taco seasoning. Bring to boil, add noodles. Lower heat to med-hi and cook until noodles are tender.

Makes approx 6 1-cup servings.

**VARIATIONS**
Try adding fat free shredded or sliced cheese or fat free sour cream to each serving. Remember to add to nutritional values.

I've also made this meal with 1 can diced tomatos and 1/2 c. ketchup instead of tomato sauce and salsa. Also try 1 can Rotel and 1/2 cup ketchup instead of tomato sauce and salsa.

We also ad Sirracha (sp?) or "Red Rooster sauce" found in the Asian cuisine aisle of your grocery store. It is a hot sauce that is a nice background flavor to this dish. Also try it in spaghetti!
