Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal-Gluten Free Hearty Breakfast

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 cup, tap water
    1/4 tsp, salt
    1 tbsp, MaraNatha Almond Butter creamy
    1 cup, *Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)
    2 tbsp, Ground Flaxseed, Central Market
    1 tsp, Cinnamon, ground
    1 medium fresh apple, diced
    1/2 cup, 2% Milk
    Stevita Spoonable (to taste)

Directions

Bring water, almond butter, and salt to boil.
Add oatmeal, cinnamon, and ground flaxseed, reduce heat and simmer 15 mins, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped apple and cook for 5 more mins, stirring occasionally.
Stir in milk and stevia.
Cover, remove from heat and let stand for a few mins.
Enjoy
