Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 510 grams
    Almonds 1 ounce
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp
    Oatmeal (plain), 0.5 cup dry
    *smartbalance, 2 tbsp

    Use a cake pan square or round to bake this

Tips

You can use an Apple Corer to keep all the apple pieces the same size
If you use sliced or crushed almonds you do not need to use a food chopper

Directions

Peel 1/2 of the apples. Core all of them and cut into pieces. Add the lemon juice to the cut apples and stir. In a blender place oatmeal and whole almonds and pulse
add butter sugar and spices pulse
Pour over apples
Bake 30 minutes at 350
