Introduction

Cranberries, Raisins & Apples mixed with Yogurt and Cinnamon! Cranberries, Raisins & Apples mixed with Yogurt and Cinnamon!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 medium red delicious apples, diced
    1/4c Raisins
    1/4c Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    1/2c Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2c Celery, diced
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    Nuts (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.

Makes 3 servings

  • Great flavour! I added walnuts to the mix and only 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (a tablespoon would have been waaayyy too much! - trust me!) Also added lemon juice to give it a bit of zip! - 2/5/08
