Ingredients

1.5 pounds 80/20 Ground Chuck
2 1.37 oz SouthEastern mills Spagetti Seasoning Mix
1 12 oz Great Value Tomato Paste
2 14.5 oz Great Value Petite DIced Tomatoes
1 4 oz canned mushrooms (Drained)
2.5 Cups Water
Tips
If too thick add more water, if too thin cook uncovered on medium stirring (this allows the water to evaporate)
Directions
In a 10-12 Cup Sauce Pan (with Lid) mix together the water, tomato Paste, and the 2 packages of seasoning mix. Stir till the tomato paste and seasoning mix is completely mixed into the water. Add the 2 cans of diced tomatoes, mushrooms. Cover and heat on low (if the lid has a vent, open it). While the sauce is heating completely cook the 1.5 pounds of beef in a large frying pan and drain. Add the beef to the sauce and heat
