Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Western Family Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup(remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced(remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp(remove)
    Salsa, 2 cup(remove)
    Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp(remove)
    brown rice (1 cup cooked), .5 serving(remove)
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 6 ounces

Directions

Put all ingredients except rice in crockpot on low. Shred chicken after slow cooked for 6 hours. Cook brown rice and add to crockpot mixtures.

Can be frozen in individual containers for later use.
