Baked Sesame-Coconut Chicken

    Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 32 oz(remove)
    Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), .5 serving(remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp(remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, 6 tbsp(remove)
    Coconut,grated, raw, 4 TBS (PLEASE NOTE)
    mustard, ground, dash (PLEASE NOTE ONLY DASH)
    Salt, 1 dash(remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash(remove)
    egg white, fresh, 2 large(remove)


Preheat oven to 450. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, sgg white, sesame oil, mustard, salt and pepper.Add the chicken and toss to coat. Spread the sesame seeds and coconut flakes on a plate and combine with your fingers . With one hand pick the chicken up and place it in the sesame and coconut mixture. With the other dry hand, sprinkle some of the mixture on top. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 20-22 minutes and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
