Introduction

I am experimenting with more veggies and thus more dips. I need more protein so cottage cheese is a great choice for dips. I am experimenting with more veggies and thus more dips. I need more protein so cottage cheese is a great choice for dips.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    -1 packet of Suzanne Somers' Roasted Red Pepper dry dip
    -1 C Daisy Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 2 % milk
    -1 C, 16 T, Kraft Simply Light Sour Cream

Directions

---In a food processor, mix your cottage cheese and sour cream well, then add your spice packet. Let sit in the fridge at least 1/2 hour or more. Stir before eating.

---Makes 16 servings of 2 T each.

---Enjoy!!
