Crockpot Chop Suey

Introduction

This is a remake of the sweet chop suey that I grew up with. This is a remake of the sweet chop suey that I grew up with.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb.pork loin
    4 T lite soy sauce
    3 c onions
    3 c celery
    1 T molasses
    3 T Splenda brown sugar blend
    2 T cornstarch

Tips

I serve this over brown rice.


Directions

Put beef onions and celery in crock potand cook on low 8 - 10 hours. Add cornstarch to a little water and mix. Stir cornstarch mixture into meat mixture. Cook on high for 15-20 minutes. Add splenda brown sugar and molasses.

Serving Size: makes 4 1 cup servings
