My Cioppino recipe My Cioppino recipe
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Dei Fratelli Diced Tomatoes, 20 oz
    SEAMAZZ Seafood Medley, 4 serving
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Basil, .5 tbsp
    Red Wine, 6 fl oz
    Water, bottled, 1 serving
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    salt, .5 tbsp
    Clam Juice, 8 fl oz.
    tomato paste, 1/2 6 oz can

Directions

Sauté chopped vegetables until sweated out.

Add seasonings and wine and tomatoes.

Allow to cook for ten minutes.

Add frozen seafood one cup at a time and cook until seafood is warmed through completely.
