Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

    1 cup non-fat Milk
    1 cup low-fat Plain Yogurt
    3/4 cup frozen Mixed Berries (I used Trader Joe's w/o added sugar)

Directions

Pour milk and yogurt into blender, add mixed berries. Blend to desired consistency.
