Orange Berry Smoothie

Introduction

Great for Breakfast Great for Breakfast
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Orange Juice
    1 cup Low-fat Plain Yogurt
    3/4 cup mixed Berries (I used Trader Joe's w/o added sugar )

Directions

Place Orange Juice, Yogurt & mixed Berries into Blender. Blend until smooth.

(Slightly thaw mixed Berries for easier blending.)

Serves 2
