After I work out, I am starving-- I could eat an entire herd of buffalo. So I have started to come up with recipes that are reasonably fast to prep, and that have a LOT of protein, some healthy fat, and some crunchy freggies to get me full and satisfied stat! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can (12.5 oz) Tuna, Canned in Water, drained

    1.5 serving (5 sticks) Seafarer Crab Stick Style, chopped

    3 tbsp Smart Balance Light Omega Plus Mayonnaise

    1 cup, Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped

    1/2 large Yellow Pepper (bell peppers), chopped

    1 Apple, Gala (medium), chopped

    10 slices Sweet Pickles, chopped

    1/2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Tips

My DH will eat this in a wrap or on bread, I usually just eat it with a fork or on some lettuce. It makes a divine sandwich.


Directions

Chop, mix, and eat.
