Introduction

This generous sandwich is meant to be eaten as a half-serving alongside a steaming bowl of your favorite soup. Forget boring old American cheese. This sandwich is made of 1 oz. of Muenster and a 1/2 oz. of Colby to give a richer flavor, along with the low-sodium deli chicken. When you're craving comfort food, this will satisfy. Ingredients

    2 slices whole grain bread (80 calories a slice)
    1 oz. slice of Muenster Cheese
    1/2 oz. slice of Colby Cheese
    4 slices Hormel Natural Choice Deli Chicken (low sodium)
    2 pats unsalted butter

Tips

-If you have leftovers, grilled cheese may be refrigerated or frozen and reheated in microwave.
-Add a little garlic salt or seasoning salt to sandwich before cooking to add more flavor (add to your tracker).

Directions

Assemble your sandwich by placing half the cheese on the bottom, then add chicken slices. Add half the cheese on top. You can either butter each side of the bread or put butter in heated pan. Cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side until cheese is melted. Cut in half and serve immediately.
