Chicken Guac Pasta

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked pasta
    2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
    1 cup chopped onions
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    1 avocado, peeled and seeded
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

In a large skillet, cook the chicken, onions, and garlic together until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Turn off the heat and add the tomatoes and pasta to the pan. In a separate bowl, mash the avocado with the lime and lemon juices. Add to the pan with the chicken, stir until everything is well coated in the avocado mixture.

Serving Size: Makes four servings
