Ingredients
Oatmeal Whole Rolled , 0.33 cup dry
*Egg - Eggbeaters, 0.25 cup (
Skim Milk, .5 cup )
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Maple Syrup, .25 tbsp
Water if too dry as it cooks
Berries 1/3 to 1/5 cup
Tips
DO NOT use instant oatmeal
If you have frozen berries, stir 1/3 of a cup into the oatmeal after the first 45 seconds. This lets them cook inot the oatmeal.

Directions
Put Oatmeal eggbeater and milk in a deep enough bowl that can be used in the Microwave
cook for45 seconds on High.
Stir and add the cinnamon
Cook another 45 sec. Stir
Cook 15 seconds.
It should be done if not continue to cook in 10-15 sec increments.
Drizzle with pure maple syrup. A little goes a long way.
Add fresh berries.
Serving Size: Makes 1 serving in the Microwave
