1-Large onion' 1-tbsp of butter 1-tsp. of your favorite steak seasoning (I use TexJoy Steak Seasoning) a dash Tony Cacherie's Seasoning or cayenne pepper
You will need to pieces of foil; approx. 16 inches long. On a cutting board quarter onion WITHOUT cutting all the way through. Gently pull open the individual pieces of the onion. Rub the tbsp of butter into some of the divisions in the onion. Sprinkle with favorite steak seasoning and Tony's Cacheries seasoning. Set onion in the middle of foil and pull all the sides up and around the onion. Twist the top closed. Set on grill for approx. 25 minutes (varies depending on size of onion). You know it is ready when you pinch it with tongs and it is soft. Remove from foil and put in a bowl and enjoy with you steak, shrimp, pork, chicken, or whatever you grilled!! Delicious!!!
