Spinach Chicken Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Roasting chicken (cut in segments)
    1 2lb bag of baby carrots
    2 (12 oz) bag of frozen spinach
    Liberal amounts of Onion flakes, and Emeril Seasoning

Tips

Add plenty of vegetables for a heartier meal. Here I kept it simple in hopes my children would eat it!!

*Note: The consistency isn't very soupy (I prefer hearty), though you may add more water to your liking ;)


Directions

Boil chicken pieces in stock pot w/ Emeril Seasoning until chicken willingly falls off the bone.
Add spinach and carrots until and cook until carrots are fork tender.


Serving Size: I eat this in 1- 1.5 c servings
