IntroductionOnce made keep in fridge until used.
Once made keep in fridge until used.
1/2 Cup butter
3/4 Cup brown sugar - not packed
3/4 Cup icing / Powder sugar
1/3 Cup whipping cream
1 - 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tsp brandy optional - not in calories
Slowly add cream, vanilla - continue mixing until everything is well blended.
Place in 'serving dish' - if adding brandy, make well in centre and add brandy and let sit until brandy is all soaked up.
Keep chilled until ready to serve.
Serving Size: Makes 1-1/2 Cups =1,635 Calories or 24 TBSP = 68 per TBSP
