Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped(remove)
    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 4 oz(remove)
    LaTortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Tortillas, High Fiber 12g, 2 serving(remove)
    Egg white, 4 serving(remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped(remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 oz(remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp

Directions

Brown the turkey in a skillet coated with some pam. Add the bell pepper and onion and saute until softened. Add the 3 egg whites and cook to desired firmness.

Heat each tortilla in microwave for 10 seconds. Place 1/2 the skillet ingredients down the center of each of the burritos. Add the cheese and cilantro and roll up each burrito. Cut each burrito into two sections so there are a total of 4 servings. Freeze in snack bags for make and take.
