Pork Tenderloin with honey glaze in Crockpot

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lbs pork tenderloin, frozen
    1 cup onion, chopped into wedges
    2 cups water
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp. dijon mustard
    1 tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. worchester sauce
    3 tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. parsley

Directions

Spray the bottom of a crockpot with cooking spray. Add Pork tenderloin and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add onions and water.

In a small bowl add the remaining ingredients and whisk together. Pour over tenderloin.

Cook on low for 7 - 8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.

If using fresh pork tenderloin (not frozen) reduce the cooking time for low 6 hours and high 4 hours.
