Ingredients

    .65 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch peices - cook for 1-2 minutes in microwave on high

    Heat over medium - high heat in skillet or wok
    1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
    2 Garlic Cloves chopped till lightly brown

    Add
    Green beans - drained
    2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

    Stir fry for 30 seconds

    Serve
