Ingredients


    Flounder (fish), 4 fillet
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 0.5 tsp

Tips

Serve over steamed spiach and a few servings of sauteed veeegie.


Directions

Use a non stick pain
Hit pain with some oil
Season the filets and place in hot pan Saute for 2 minutes
Turn Saute till done
