Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 Betty Crocker SuperMoist chocolate fudge cake mix
    1 can Diet Coke
    12 Tbsp fat-free caramel dip
    1/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Put liners in cupcake pan. Mix chocolate cake mix and Diet Coke. Fill cupcakes 1/3. Cook for 10 mins or until set, but not done. Put 2 tsp caramel on each cupcake. Add more batter on top of caramel. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake another 15 mins until done. Can sprinkle w/ powdered sugar. Enjoy!
