Spiced Cumumber Salad

Ingredients

One Fresh small Cucumber, peeled.
One Fresh Lemon, cut in half.
Black Pepper (to taste)
Cumin powder (to taste)
about 1.5 oz of tap water.
Tips
You have the option of adding red chili pepper if you like a little zing. THIS IS AN ALL NATURAL SNACK.
Directions
Peel the Cucumber (6 inches). Cut into quarters. place in salad bowl.
Roll the lemon on a cutting board to loosen the juices then cut in half. Squeeze both halves into a small glass and add about 1.5 ounces of water in the glass. Pour over the cucumber and stir. Wedge out the lemon into the salad to add a little of the lemon (meat).
Add Black Pepper and Cumin to taste.
Serving Size: Makes one serving per person
